In April 2024, NBCU Academy and Adobe launched The Edit, a free digital storytelling challenge for middle and high school students across the country. Since its debut, the program has reached over 30,000 students in all 50 states, building on the success of Sky Up’s The Edit, which has reached over 174,000 students in the U.K., Ireland and Italy.

Three winning high schools and three winning middle schools will receive prizes from NBCU Academy and Adobe, such as GoPros and Fandango gift cards, for their outstanding video news reports on physical, mental or financial wellbeing.
