Challenge: Design a Poster Capturing the Magical World of Wicked

To celebrate the release of Wicked: For Good, NBCU Academy invited students to design their own original posters inspired by the movie.

  • The contest began October 10th and ended on November 7th, 2025.
  • It was open to U.S. middle & high school teachers (grades 6-12).
  • Students could use any medium (digital, hand-drawn, mixed media, etc). Posters were submitted digitally.

Winning schools received prizes!*

  • Teachers could submit up to 10 posters each.
  • One winning middle school and one winning high school received 35 Fandango gift cards that could be used to see Wicked: For Good in theaters.
